On January 15,1929,Martin Luther King Jr. was born. He was born with the name Michael. On the third Monday of January ,we celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. day. This year it was Monday January 19th . His famous I Have A Dream… speech was presented on August 28,1963. He died at the age of 39 on April 14,1968. Part of his speech was I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of it`s creed-we hold these truths to be self-evident that all men are created equal. That`s only a bit of his 17 minutes and 28 seconds speech. We got to make our own speech. Click on the arrow below to hear it. 1-23-09 :)
